I'm locked out of my account

If you have too many failed login attempts, or if your user name and password are used to log in too many times in a short period of time, your account may be locked out and your password invalidated. We do this to prevent password sharing or compromise, and while this happens to few of our customers, it happens sometimes and it's usually not your fault. If you've forgotten your password, or if you find your password no longer works properly, please go to our billing support and reset your password. Please remember your user name and password are both case sensitive. If you are not sure of either your user name or password, try to recover your credentials.
